01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using approved payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by ivibet1 and applicable regulations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an ivibet1 account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the ivibet1 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the ivibet1 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access ivibet1. Acceptance is effective from the moment of first use and continues for the duration of your relationship with the Platform.

ivibet1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

03 Eligibility

To register and use ivibet1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on ivibet1, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ivibet1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) ivibet1 account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must notify ivibet1 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• ivibet1 reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

ivibet1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the ivibet1 cashier and may be updated from time to time.

• Deposits are credited to your ivibet1 Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in real time.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts may withdraw to GCash within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• ivibet1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Funds deposited on ivibet1 may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the ivibet1 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ivibet1 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made using Bonus Funds or promotional credits are subject to the applicable bonus terms and may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ivibet1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• ivibet1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the exclusion period.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on ivibet1 — including live casino tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, lucky dice, and sportsbook markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All wagers placed on ivibet1 are final once confirmed. ivibet1 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• ivibet1 uses certified RNG technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers and are subject to real-time monitoring.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ivibet1's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. The round will be resolved according to the recorded state. ivibet1 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ivibet1 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with ivibet1.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Accessing ivibet1 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ivibet1 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ivibet1 platform or its underlying software.

ivibet1 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balance associated with such account pending investigation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ivibet1 platform — including but not limited to the ivibet1 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ivibet1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ivibet1 content without prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ivibet1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using ivibet1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ivibet1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ivibet1's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ivibet1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Responsible Gaming

ivibet1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all ivibet1 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ivibet1. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Players may close their ivibet1 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

ivibet1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ivibet1 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, ivibet1 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balance entirely.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, Players must first contact ivibet1 customer support to seek resolution. ivibet1 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ivibet1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ivibet1 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an in-platform notification. The current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, together with the effective date and version number.

Your continued use of the ivibet1 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
